Returns & Refunds Policy

1) Scope

This policy applies to purchases made from Plume Mentor for all digital content (e-books, downloadable files, audio, PDFs, online guides/courses, etc.), sold by:

2) Digital content: no right of withdrawal after download/access

Under EU and French consumer law (French Consumer Code, art. L221-28, 13°), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-material medium once performance has begun after your prior express consent and your express waiver of the right of withdrawal.

By completing your purchase and accessing the file (download/online viewing), you:

• request immediate performance of the digital content, and

• acknowledge and agree that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.

Therefore: all purchased digital items are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

3) File access

After payment, you receive a secure link and/or access via your customer account. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, access is personal and non-transferable.

4) Limited exceptions (goodwill only)

Beyond legal obligations, we may review the following case-by-case:

• Defective/corrupted file not resolved after our technical assistance

• Duplicate purchase of the same product to the same email address

• Obvious billing error (incorrect amount charged)

Requests must be sent within 7 days to Plumementor@gmail.com with proof of purchase and a clear description of the issue. Outcomes are at Plume Mentor’s discretion. No refunds are granted for change of mind, device/software incompatibility that does not meet stated prerequisites, or unmet subjective expectations.

5) Technical support

If you experience any download/reading issue, contact Plumementor@gmail.com. We will provide a new link or an equivalent format if needed.

6) Payment disputes / chargebacks

Before opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal, please contact us so we can resolve the matter quickly. Completed downloads and server logs may serve as proof of delivery.

7) Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your mandatory legal rights under applicable law.
